This Discord community is operated by Lozana (referred to as “Lozana Community”). Throughout, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lozana Community. Lozana, the trusted admins, and associated individuals are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the actions of trusted admins. Trusted admins may edit, delete, or move posts that violate community guidelines, but Lozana and the trusted admins do not guarantee the removal of all objectionable content and are not responsible for user-posted content.
Interactions with trusted admins must remain respectful and professional; harassment or abuse may result in revoked access. Issues concerning trusted admins can be reported to Lozana at support@shoplozana.com or within the Lozana Commnunity in the #complaints channel. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lozana, its trusted admins, and associated individuals from claims arising from users' breach of these terms, including actions taken by trusted admins.
